The company is seeking a Freelance Professional Talking-Head and UGC Content Creator who can produce engaging video content by following scripts provided by the team.

The videos will be created for business brands across different industries, including technology, real estate, e-commerce, finance, education, and other sectors.

This is a freelance and project-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary, and creators will be contacted whenever suitable projects become available.

Responsibilities

Selected content creators will be responsible for recording high-quality talking-head videos using scripts provided by Clixales Technologies.

Creators are expected to deliver videos with clear pronunciation, natural presentation, and strong confidence while speaking on camera.

Successful candidates must be able to follow recording instructions accurately and submit completed projects within the agreed deadlines.

Creators may also be required to make reasonable revisions to submitted videos when requested by the team.

Requirements

Applicants should have excellent spoken English and be confident speaking naturally in front of a camera.

Candidates should have clear pronunciation, good communication skills, and the ability to follow provided scripts without sounding overly rehearsed.

Applicants must have access to a suitable recording environment with good lighting and minimal background noise.

A smartphone capable of recording high-quality video is required for this role.

Candidates should also have a reliable internet connection for uploading completed video files and communicating with the team.

Previous content creation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience creating videos for social media or YouTube, as well as a basic understanding of storytelling and audience engagement, will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Creators will be paid based on approved projects rather than receiving a fixed monthly salary.

Successful creators can earn ₦30,000 per approved short-form talking-head video.

Approved YouTube explainer videos attract compensation of approximately ₦45,000 to ₦50,000 per video.

Payment is made after the submitted project has been reviewed and approved.

The advertised earning range is ₦120,000 to ₦300,000 per month, depending on the number and type of projects available.
