The Ad Guys is currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage social media marketing activities for the company and its clients.
The successful candidate will plan and execute social media strategies, manage content, run paid advertising campaigns, and analyse performance to improve engagement and conversions.
This is a fully remote, permanent, full-time position offering a monthly salary of ₦80,000, with flexible working hours and weekly deliverables.

Requirements
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Candidates should have hands-on experience creating social media strategies, developing content calendars, publishing posts, and managing online communities.
Experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram ads, is important. Familiarity with LinkedIn or TikTok advertising is an added advantage.
Applicants should understand social media analytics, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms is expected.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, strong storytelling abilities, and an understanding of audience engagement.
Applicants must also be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing social media trends and platform algorithms.
Relevant experience in social media marketing and paid advertising will strengthen an application.
Key Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will develop and execute strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok for The Ad Guys and its clients.
Responsibilities include managing content calendars, scheduling posts, collaborating with designers, responding to audience interactions, and maintaining consistent brand communication.
The successful candidate will also launch paid campaigns, monitor advertising performance, analyse metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
