MacTay Group is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage its online presence, attract customers, and drive engagement across various digital channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns while supporting customer acquisition and brand growth.
The role involves managing social media platforms, creating digital content, optimizing advertising campaigns, and monitoring key marketing performance indicators.
The position is based in Ikeja, Lagos and is offered on a full-time, in-person basis within the lottery industry.

Requirements
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
Candidates should have between 2 and 5 years of experience in digital marketing and demonstrate practical knowledge of online marketing strategies.
Experience using Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO, and Google Analytics is required.
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging and relevant digital content for different audiences.
Candidates should also demonstrate creativity, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of digital marketing data.
Experience working in lottery, gaming, betting, fintech, or another regulated industry will be an advantage.
The candidate should also understand the importance of complying with applicable advertising, lottery, and responsible-marketing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketer will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
The role will involve managing social media platforms, maintaining content calendars, and creating engaging content for social media, websites, email, and SMS campaigns.
The successful candidate will also plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns while monitoring SEO performance, website traffic, leads, conversions, and other digital metrics.
Responsibilities will also include analyzing marketing data, preparing performance reports, conducting market and competitor research, and supporting promotional campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators
Performance in the role will be measured through key indicators including customer acquisition, website traffic and conversions, social media growth and engagement.
Other performance measures include cost per acquisition, campaign ROI/ROAS, and customer retention.
