About HR Doki

HR Doki is looking for a creative, research-driven, and commercially minded Content Creator to join its Brand & Creative team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for turning audience problems, product information, and campaign objectives into engaging content that captures attention, builds trust, and encourages action.

This is more than an on-camera presenter role. The Content Creator will research ideas, develop concepts, write scripts, appear on camera, record content, and use performance data to improve future campaigns.

The position is based in Lagos and is offered on a full-time, hybrid basis, with working days from Monday to Saturday.

Benefits

The role provides an opportunity to work across content research, creative development, social media, video production, direct-response marketing, and brand campaigns.

The successful candidate will gain practical experience creating content designed to support measurable business objectives such as lead generation, WhatsApp conversations, product purchases, campaigns, and audience growth.

The position also offers the opportunity to collaborate with Videographers, Editors, Copywriters, Designers, Creative Strategists, and Media Buyers.

Employees will also have the opportunity to develop their creative and commercial skills by reviewing performance data and continuously improving content concepts, scripts, hooks, and formats.

Requirements

Applicants should have proven experience as a Content Creator, UGC Creator, Social Media Creator, Video Content Creator, or in a similar role.

Candidates should have a strong on-camera presence, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to present ideas naturally and confidently.

Strong scriptwriting skills are required, including the ability to independently develop hooks, creative angles, calls-to-action, UGC scripts, educational content, product content, and storytelling concepts.

The ideal candidate should understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video formats, as well as direct-response marketing and social media storytelling.

Applicants should also understand basic smartphone video production, including lighting, framing, audio, camera positioning, and vertical-video composition.

The role requires strong research, organisation, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple content requirements while meeting deadlines.

Candidates should be willing to learn from performance data and continuously improve their content rather than relying only on personal preferences.

Because the company operates in the health and wellness space, the Content Creator must follow approved medical and product information and must not independently create medical claims, treatment guarantees, dosage instructions, or safety claims.

The successful candidate should also confirm current pricing, offers, programme details, and promotional terms before recording content that references them.

What You Will Do

The Content Creator will research customer problems, questions, desires, objections, competitors, social media trends, and relevant content opportunities.

You will develop original concepts and scripts, appear confidently on camera, and record TikTok, Instagram, advertising, educational, UGC, and product-focused videos.

You may also independently record suitable content using a smartphone or approved equipment, including B-roll and additional footage required for editing.

The role will also involve reviewing content performance, identifying successful hooks and formats, and developing improved variations based on the results.

How to Apply

Interested and qualified candidates should send their updated CV and portfolio or links to previous content and video work by email.

Applications should be sent to jobs@dokitami.com using “Application for Content Creator” as the email subject.

Applicants should ensure that all required materials are included with their application. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
