Plethora Consulting Services Ltd is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Unified Mobile App Developer to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining modern mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
This role is suitable for a junior or mid-level developer with practical experience in mobile application development and cross-platform frameworks.
The developer will work with technologies such as Flutter and React Native while collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to turn Figma designs into functional mobile interfaces.
A key focus of the position is supporting the company’s Unified App approach, which aims to provide shared functionality, reusable components, and consistent user experiences across Android and iOS.
The position is remote and offered on a full-time basis.

The role provides an opportunity to work on a Unified App platform while developing skills in cross-platform development, mobile architecture, APIs, testing, and application deployment.
Developers will collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, project managers, and other technical stakeholders, providing valuable experience within a collaborative development environment.
The position also provides exposure to modern development practices including Agile/Scrum, Git-based version control, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and mobile application security.
Candidates may also gain experience with cloud services, payment integrations, messaging platforms, CRM systems, and other enterprise technologies depending on project requirements.
Requirements
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, HND, OND, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Candidates should have demonstrable experience developing mobile applications through employment, personal projects, portfolio work, GitHub, or other relevant evidence.
Strong practical knowledge of Flutter, React Native, Android development, iOS development, and mobile application architecture is required.
Applicants should be able to translate Figma designs, wireframes, and prototypes into responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, API integrations, Git, mobile testing, debugging, and the mobile application development lifecycle is also required.
Knowledge of Dart, JavaScript, TypeScript, Firebase, push notifications, Google Play Store deployment, and Apple App Store deployment will be an advantage.
Additional experience with mobile security, offline-first applications, data synchronization, CI/CD, CRM platforms, payment gateways, messaging systems, enterprise integrations, or cloud services such as AWS and Microsoft Azure is also beneficial.
A strong portfolio demonstrating practical mobile application development experience is highly desirable, and experience building and deploying at least one functional mobile application is preferred.
Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members.
