The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s organic social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Speed Sparkle Cleaning will provide raw creative materials, including photos and on-site videos, which the Social Media Manager will transform into engaging social media content.
This is an entry-level contract opportunity suitable for a creative individual with experience managing business social media accounts and producing engaging digital content.
The successful candidate will work remotely from Nigeria with flexible working hours.

Requirements
Applicants should have a degree and approximately 1 year of relevant experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
Candidates should have proven experience managing business accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Applicants should be prepared to provide links to previous social media work, examples of content, or a portfolio demonstrating their experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye and be comfortable using video editing and design applications such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar tools.
Candidates should be able to transform raw images and videos into modern, fast-paced, and professional reels, TikToks, carousel posts, and stories.
Strong copywriting skills are also important. The successful candidate should be able to write catchy captions, use relevant hashtags, and create effective calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage audience interaction and generate leads.
The role also requires someone who can monitor comments and messages, answer basic questions, and help build an active and engaging online community.
Applicants should be reliable communicators who can work independently, meet weekly content schedules, and communicate effectively with the team.
Good written and spoken English is required for this position.
Responsibilities
The Social Media Manager will plan, schedule, and publish approximately 2–3 high-quality posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
The successful candidate will turn the company’s raw photos and on-site videos into attractive reels, TikToks, carousel posts, and engaging stories.
They will also create engaging captions, apply strategic hashtags, and use strong CTAs to encourage audience interaction and generate potential leads.
The role will involve monitoring comments and direct messages, responding to basic questions, and helping maintain an active social media community.
