About the Role
A company is looking for a hands-on Senior UX/Product Designer to work on AI-focused projects for its client, BraveAchievers.com.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, researching, prototyping, and shipping digital products using modern AI-assisted tools and workflows.
The role combines strong product thinking with user research and practical design execution, allowing the designer to move from discovery and wireframes to prototypes and coded MVPs quickly.
The designer will work with tools such as Figma, Framer, Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, and Replit to support product development.
This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity, and candidates from different locations may apply.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will own end-to-end product design, including discovery, information architecture, user flows, high-fidelity interfaces, and design systems.
The role also involves conducting user and stakeholder interviews, concept testing, usability studies, diary tests, surveys, and other forms of mixed-methods research.

Designers will synthesize research findings into JTBD, opportunity trees, UX metrics, personas, and testable hypotheses that can guide product decisions.
The position also requires competitive and market analysis, including using AI agents to evaluate markets, benchmark user flows, and identify opportunities.
Candidates will use AI-assisted tools to generate and refine front-end code from designs, validate prototypes, and support product experimentation.
The role also includes maintaining design tokens and components, setting up analytics and experiments, and championing accessibility and performance throughout the design process.
Requirements
Applicants should be highly proficient in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, variants, tokens, and Figma code workflows.
Candidates should have approximately 2–5+ years of experience shipping user-facing products from concept through implementation.
Strong mixed-methods research skills are required, with the ability to turn unclear problems into evidence-backed product decisions.
The successful candidate should be able to read and modify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with TypeScript or React is an advantage.
Applicants should be comfortable using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, bolt.new, and Replit, including reviewing and improving AI-generated code.
Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and asynchronous working skills are important for this remote role.
Candidates should also understand WCAG, responsive design, and performance budgets.
Experience with analytics platforms, A/B testing, SQL, automation tools, no-code platforms, React, Next.js, TypeScript, or AI/LLM products will be an added advantage.

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days
Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate is expected to deliver a research-backed opportunity brief covering the problem, user segments, evidence, and success metrics.
The candidate should also ship a coded prototype designed to improve an important product metric such as activation, conversion, or retention.
Other expected outcomes include establishing or extending a tokenized design system connected to the codebase and setting up a lightweight research and analytics process to guide future iterations.
