Growmodo is looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer / AI Expert to lead digital product experiences that combine user-centered design with modern Artificial Intelligence capabilities.

In this role, you will work on end-to-end UX/UI projects, from wireframes and research to polished prototypes and design systems.

The position involves creating intuitive, high-impact digital experiences while using AI and data-driven approaches to solve user problems and improve product usability.

The standard work week runs from Monday to Friday, with full-time working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time.

An on-call arrangement is also available, with no fixed daily hours and availability determined by operational and project needs.

Requirements

Candidates should have advanced proficiency in modern UI/UX design tools, particularly Figma and Adobe Suite, along with experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools.

Applicants should have a strong portfolio showcasing complex UI/UX projects and demonstrating how AI technologies have been integrated to improve user experiences.

The role requires strong knowledge of user research methodologies, usability testing, and the use of AI tools for user testing and behaviour analysis.

Candidates should understand how AI features such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive modelling can be incorporated into user interfaces.

Applicants should have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to set priorities independently, and strong spoken and written English.

A foundational understanding of web development is an added advantage for this position.

Experience creating or maintaining scalable design systems that support AI-driven components is also beneficial.

Previous experience mentoring junior designers or leading design sprints involving AI innovation will be considered an advantage.
