About the Community Manager / Social Media Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and helping turn online audiences into an active community.
The role focuses particularly on building a community of realtors, property agents, investors, and potential clients interested in selling and promoting landed properties.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have strong creative skills, and be comfortable communicating with people across different online platforms.
The position is based in Ikeja, Lagos and is offered on a full-time basis with a hybrid remote work arrangement.

Requirements

Experience managing platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, and Telegram will be relevant to this role.
Candidates should be able to develop and execute weekly social media content calendars to maintain consistent online activity.
The role requires the ability to create, publish, and schedule engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and other social media content.
Applicants should also be able to grow social media followers while building an active and responsive online community.
Strong communication skills are important, as the successful candidate will respond to comments and messages and maintain healthy conversations with followers.
The candidate should also be able to create content that educates and informs realtors while encouraging them to promote and sell available properties.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or experience working with realtors, property agents, or property marketing is an added advantage.
