About Hustle House PR & Media
Hustle House PR & Media is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join its team and support the creative development of the agency, client campaigns, and HerSide Magazine.
The successful candidate will work closely with the PR, communications, social media, and editorial teams to create engaging visual content for a variety of digital and marketing projects.
This includes creating graphics for social media, public relations campaigns, events, presentations, marketing materials, and editorial projects.
A key part of the role will involve supporting HerSide Magazine with editorial graphics, promotional materials, social media content, features, campaigns, and other magazine-related creative assets.
The position is offered on a part-time basis and can be performed remotely.

Designers will also have the opportunity to collaborate with PR, communications, and editorial professionals while working on real creative briefs and campaigns.
Requirements
Applicants should have 1–2 years of graphic design experience and be able to demonstrate their design ability through a strong portfolio.
Candidates should have strong skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite and a good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and branding.
The role requires an understanding of social media and editorial design, as well as strong attention to detail when producing creative assets.
Applicants should be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while remaining creative, organised, and open to feedback.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working from creative briefs, contributing ideas, making revisions based on feedback, and delivering projects within agreed deadlines.
Experience with magazines, publishing, editorial brands, fashion, lifestyle, culture, or media is an added advantage.
Social media or agency experience is also beneficial, while basic video editing, motion graphics, photography, or creative direction skills would be an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Graphic Designer will create social media graphics, carousels, stories, and other digital content for Hustle House and its clients.
The role will also involve creating visuals for PR campaigns, events, marketing initiatives, and other promotional activities.
The designer will support HerSide Magazine with editorial graphics, features, interviews, campaigns, special projects, and promotional creative.
Other responsibilities include designing presentations, media kits, proposals, flyers, and other marketing materials while adapting creative assets for different platforms and formats.
The successful candidate will help maintain brand consistency across Hustle House, HerSide Magazine, and client projects while collaborating with different teams on creative assignments.
The role will also involve staying updated with relevant design and media trends and supporting the team with day-to-day creative requests.
