RÀWÁ Femme is seeking a creative and confident Content Creator and Social Media Manager to help introduce the brand to its target audience and manage its social media presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing social media ideas, and helping establish a relatable and premium online identity for the brand.

This is an opportunity to join the company at its prelaunch stage and contribute to building the brand from the beginning.

The position is remote and offered on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the brand’s content strategy, social media identity, and audience-building efforts.

Working at the prelaunch stage will allow the Content Creator and Social Media Manager to have a meaningful influence on how RÀWÁ Femme communicates with its audience.

The position also offers practical experience in social media management, short-form content creation, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.

Employees will also have the opportunity to develop content around important topics such as menstrual health, feminine wellness, period care, and product education.

Responsibilities

The Content Creator and Social Media Manager will create approximately 15 pieces of content per month, primarily focusing on short-form videos, reels, and other engaging social media content.

The successful candidate will develop relatable and educational content around period care, feminine wellness, menstrual cups, menstrual health, and the RÀWÁ Femme brand.

The role will also involve posting and managing content across the company’s social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.

The candidate will develop creative content ideas, strong hooks, and engaging captions that can attract attention and encourage audience interaction.

They will also incorporate relevant social media trends while ensuring that the content remains consistent with RÀWÁ Femme’s feminine and premium aesthetic.

The successful candidate will help build awareness and excitement around the brand before launch and continue supporting its social media presence as the business grows.

Requirements

Applicants should be creative and comfortable appearing on camera while communicating naturally and confidently about period care and feminine wellness.

Candidates should understand how Instagram and TikTok work and be able to create content that feels relatable, polished, authentic, and engaging.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of short-form video content, social media trends, captions, hooks, and audience engagement.

Applicants should also be able to communicate sensitive topics around menstrual health and feminine wellness in a natural, respectful, and educational manner.
