2HIL Limited is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join its team and manage the company’s social media and digital marketing activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating content plans, managing digital campaigns, and helping the company grow its online presence.

This is a full-time, in-house position for a candidate who can work effectively within a creative and business-focused environment.

The role is based in Lifecamp, Abuja, and requires the successful candidate to work onsite five days a week on agreed working days.

The position offers a monthly salary of up to ₦150,000, depending on the applicable salary arrangement.

The Social Media Manager will also work closely with the creative team, providing an opportunity to develop experience in coordinating digital content and maintaining consistent brand communication.

The position can also provide valuable experience in monitoring campaign performance, analyzing audience engagement, and using data to improve digital marketing results.

Employees will work in an in-house environment where they can collaborate with other team members while managing real-world social media and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will develop and execute social media content strategies and prepare monthly content calendars to guide the company’s online activities.

The role involves planning, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.

The candidate will also set up and manage Meta Ads and other relevant advertising platforms to support marketing objectives.

Other responsibilities include driving content distribution, increasing audience growth and engagement, and coordinating with the creative team to maintain brand consistency.

The Social Media Manager will monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports that can support future marketing decisions.

The role will also involve applying SEO and digital marketing best practices to improve online visibility and conversions.

Requirements

Applicants should have proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising platforms is required.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of content strategy, social media analytics, SEO, campaign management, and digital marketing practices.

The successful candidate should possess excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills.

Applicants should be proactive, creative, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities effectively.

Candidates should also be comfortable working independently while collaborating with other members of the creative and marketing teams.
