Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, Fine Art, Engineering, or another related field.
Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience in UX or related design work.
The successful candidate should be able to work remotely across multiple projects and tasks while demonstrating excellent organization and strong attention to detail.
Applicants should have strong knowledge of industry design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Figma, and Illustrator.
Experience with UX writing and documentation is also important, including the ability to create user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, icons, assets, and storyboards.
Candidates should understand how to plan and conduct user testing, surveys, and formal evaluations to understand and predict user behaviour.
The ideal candidate should also have strong research and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
Responsibilities
The UX Designer Intern will investigate user experience requirements for the company’s suite of digital assets and help develop comprehensive UI/UX strategies.
The role will involve producing UX solutions through wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
The intern will also design interface elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, and other tools used across digital platforms.
Responsibilities will also include testing CTAs, banners, page layouts, page flows, landing pages, and other interface elements to improve the overall user experience.
The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing teams and other designers to create tailored experiences for digital users.
The role will also provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities while ensuring that designs follow appropriate typography and graphic design standards.
