About Sigel Advisory Partners

Sigel Advisory Partners is seeking a creative, highly organised, and digitally savvy Personal Assistant – Content & Social Media to provide day-to-day support to the Principal while helping to manage and grow their social media presence.

This is a combined personal assistant and creative role, with a strong focus on content creation, social media management, and personal brand development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules and tasks while also creating engaging digital content such as videos, Reels, photos, Stories, and other social media materials.

The role requires someone who is organised, proactive, creative, presentable, and comfortable working closely with the Principal.

The position is based in Abuja and is offered on a full-time, in-person basis.

The position offers exposure to scheduling, event coordination, travel arrangements, research, communication, and other administrative responsibilities.

Candidates will also develop their ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally.

Requirements

Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience in Personal Assistance, Content Creation, Social Media Management, Communications, or a related field.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to create engaging short-form videos and other social media content.

Good photography and videography skills are required, as the role involves creating photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other visual content.

Applicants should be proficient in CapCut or similar content creation and video editing tools.

A good understanding of social media platforms, current trends, audience engagement, and content strategies is important for the position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organisation, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Candidates should be creative, proactive, resourceful, presentable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage several priorities at the same time.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working closely with the Principal and must be able to handle personal information, schedules, communications, and other matters with discretion and confidentiality.
