TaskMe is a Lagos-based app that connects customers to reliable artisans, including cleaners, launderers, stylists, and other service providers.

The platform helps people outsource everyday errands and get more time back in their busy lives.

TaskMe is looking for a creative and energetic UGC Creator to develop engaging content for its TikTok and Instagram accounts.

The role is designed for someone who already creates content and has an existing audience, personal style, and track record of engagement.

You will bring your own humour, storytelling, and real-life energy into TaskMe’s content while working with creative briefs and campaign direction.

The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria, with approximately 80–90% remote work and occasional in-person availability for shoots and meetings.

The role provides an opportunity to develop creative campaigns while working with a team that values authentic storytelling and relatable content.

Creators will also gain experience producing content for a brand’s own social media accounts while maintaining their individual creative voice.

The position offers a mostly remote work arrangement, with flexibility to work from anywhere in Nigeria while remaining available for required in-person activities.

Compensation includes a ₦150,000 monthly base pay, plus performance bonuses of up to ₦100,000 per month, depending on content performance.

Requirements

Applicants should have an active, existing personal content presence on TikTok and/or Instagram. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of approximately 2,000–3,000 views or provide three to five videos that have achieved that level of traction.

Applicants should also be able to show genuine engagement, including comments, shares, saves, duets, or stitches, rather than relying only on view counts.

The successful candidate should have strong comedic timing, storytelling instincts, and the ability to turn ordinary moments into funny, relatable content.

Creators should be comfortable appearing on camera and producing content that feels natural, joyful, high-energy, and authentic.

Applicants should be able to take a creative brief and adapt it into their own style without needing a full script.

Familiarity with native TikTok and Instagram editing tools, including auto-captions, green-screen effects, fast cuts, and trending audio, is important.

Candidates should also be able to deliver content on time, respond to feedback, and share basic performance numbers such as views, likes, and saves after each post.

The role is particularly suited to young creators based in Lagos, including students at UNILAG, YabaTech, or LASU, or creators with a similar campus and early-adulthood perspective.
