Zibo is seeking a creative, curious, and proactive Content Creation Intern to help grow its presence, particularly on Instagram and TikTok.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys creating videos, spotting trends, telling stories, and experimenting with different content formats.
The intern will work closely with the COO to turn skincare education, products, customer insights, and online trends into content that people want to watch, engage with, and share.
The position is remote and offered on an internship basis.

Requirements
Applicants should understand how Instagram and TikTok content works and have an interest in beauty, skincare, and digital content.
Candidates should be able to confidently create and edit short-form videos using a smartphone and editing tools such as CapCut.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera or working with people who do, depending on the content being produced.
Applicants should naturally notice trends, sounds, formats, and online conversations, while being able to adapt relevant trends creatively for a brand.
Candidates should be curious about content performance and willing to learn from social media analytics.
The role also requires someone who is proactive, organized, respectful, and able to meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with others.
Applicants should have a portfolio they can share with the company to demonstrate relevant content creation experience.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will create engaging Instagram Reels and TikToks covering skincare education, products, customer questions, trends, behind-the-scenes content, and Zibo stories.
Responsibilities will also include filming and editing short-form videos, experimenting with different hooks and storytelling styles, and repurposing existing content into new formats.
The successful candidate will monitor relevant beauty, skincare, and social media trends, track trending sounds and formats, and identify opportunities for Zibo to participate in relevant conversations.
The intern will contribute ideas to the content calendar, turn customer questions into content opportunities, identify content gaps, and suggest new series or recurring formats.
The role will also involve monitoring metrics such as reach, views, engagement, shares, saves, and follower growth to understand what content performs best.
These insights will help the team improve its content strategy and decide what to do more of, do differently, or stop doing.
