As a remote engagement, the opportunity offers flexibility in working arrangements while allowing the designer to collaborate with product professionals and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will conduct user and product research to better understand user needs, product requirements, and business objectives.

You will develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.

The role involves designing intuitive and visually engaging experiences for both web and mobile products.

You will translate product requirements and business goals into practical and effective design solutions that improve the overall user experience.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Architects, Project Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process.

You will also participate in design reviews, usability testing, feedback sessions, and design iterations to continuously improve product experiences.

The role requires maintaining consistency through design systems, reusable components, and established design standards.

You will prepare design specifications and relevant assets for development handoff and contribute to improving products from the concept stage through final delivery.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least 3 years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.

Candidates must have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with end-to-end digital product design.

Proficiency in Figma or equivalent professional design platforms is required for this position.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UX research, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and responsive design.

Applicants should also understand product development processes and be comfortable working within agile or project-based workflows.

Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail are important for success in this role.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage assigned responsibilities effectively, and deliver agreed project work within established timelines.
