Earnings and Benefits

This is a performance-based opportunity with earning potential linked to successful referrals and completed transactions.

According to the job post, affiliates can earn from ₦2,000 to ₦200,000 or more per successful client, depending on the service or transaction involved.

Affiliates may also earn up to 40% commission on successful referrals, with earning opportunities increasing based on consistent promotion and successful conversions.

The programme states that earning potential is not capped, meaning your results may depend on your marketing efforts, audience reach, and successful referrals.

Registered participants may also receive ₦7,000 in automatic earnings after registration and gaining access to the affiliate programme, subject to the applicable programme terms.

Individuals who consistently reach over ₦500,000 in monthly earnings within their first six months may be considered for promotion to an Affiliate Team Lead position.

Successful Team Leads may receive an additional ₦100,000 earning opportunity and may be responsible for training, supporting, and managing other affiliate marketers.

Training and Skills Development

Previous experience is not required because training and guidance will be provided to successful participants.

Participants will learn how to use the JobPilotNG affiliate dashboard and how to track their referral activities and performance.

The training will also cover how to create flyers, advertisements, and effective social media content based on the programme’s promotional standards.

Participants may learn how to promote content across platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, Nairaland, Quora, Indeed, Pinterest, Reddit, and Threads.

Other areas of training include identifying the right audience, communicating professionally with potential customers, building an online presence, and improving digital marketing performance.

Requirements
