About Flawless Aesthetic Center
Flawless Aesthetic Center is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow the digital presence of Flawless Aesthetic Center and Flawless Skin by Abby.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping the company reach and engage its target audience.
This role is suitable for a creative professional who understands digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.
The position requires someone who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to improve brand visibility, generate enquiries, and support client conversions.
The position is based in Abuja, Nigeria and is offered on a full-time basis, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements
Applicants should have a degree and proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
The position requires approximately 3 years of relevant experience and is targeted at mid-level professionals.
Candidates should possess strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills, with a good understanding of major social media and digital platforms.
The successful candidate should be able to create engaging short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Experience creating Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, educational content, product features, treatment content, and brand campaigns will be valuable for the role.
Candidates should understand digital analytics, audience behaviour, content performance, reach, impressions, views, and follower growth.
The role requires someone who is creative, organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams.
Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, lifestyle, or luxury industry is an added advantage.
Candidates should also understand the importance of client consent, privacy, confidentiality, content governance, and brand approval processes.
