Luxsit Integration Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organised IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation through completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and effective stakeholder communication.
The role involves developing project plans, coordinating technical teams and vendors, managing risks, monitoring budgets, and ensuring that project deliverables meet agreed requirements.
The position is based in Lekki, Lagos and is offered on a full-time basis.

Depending on the project, the successful candidate may also gain experience managing enterprise systems, vendors, procurement activities, security requirements, and technology rollouts.
Requirements
Applicants should have 5–10+ years of experience managing IT projects, particularly across software, infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, or related technology areas.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Experience using project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet is required.
The successful candidate should be able to develop and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
Candidates should have strong skills in risk, schedule, budget, and change management, with the ability to identify issues and maintain effective project controls.
Applicants should also be familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements gathering, testing, releases, acceptance, and project delivery practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage stakeholders, coordinate teams, resolve escalations, and deliver results under pressure.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and experience with change management will be an advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience delivering enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data platforms, or cloud migrations will also be an advantage.
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for IT projects, as well as experience managing technical resources and vendors in regulated environments, is desirable.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate structured planning, strong execution, analytical thinking, clear stakeholder communication, and effective prioritisation of scope, time, and cost.
Candidates should also be able to remain calm during escalations and maintain strong documentation around project scope, changes, approvals, and decisions.
