Atop Web Technologies, operating under its Nigeria branch Atop Web Tech Ltd and associated with WebDynamo Technologies AB, is seeking a talented Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to support product design projects.

The designer will contribute to digital products across web dashboards, mobile applications, and healthcare and AI-focused platforms.

This role is designed for a creative professional who can think beyond attractive screens and focus on creating interfaces that are useful, intuitive, and easy to navigate.

The successful candidate should understand usability, dashboards, data visualization, mobile user flows, and how to make complex digital systems simple for users.

The position is remote and project-based, with compensation depending on the project scope and approved deliverables.

The role is open to candidates based in Nigeria who are able to work remotely.

The role provides practical experience in product design, user experience, data visualization, and interface design.

Designers will also have the opportunity to work closely with developers and prepare professional Figma and design files that can be implemented in real products.

The project-based structure allows successful candidates to contribute to specific design tasks while building experience across different types of digital interfaces.

Designers will also receive feedback on their work and have opportunities to improve their designs through an iterative review process.

Requirements

Applicants must be based in Nigeria and must be able to work remotely.

Candidates should have a good understanding of spacing, typography, colour, forms, tables, dashboards, and general interface design principles.

The ideal candidate should have experience or a strong interest in dashboard and product design and be able to create clean and professional interfaces rather than purely decorative screens.

Experience using Figma is preferred, particularly for creating structured and developer-ready design files.

Experience designing healthcare products, SaaS platforms, administration panels, or mobile applications will be an added advantage.

Candidates should also be able to take feedback positively, make design improvements quickly, follow instructions carefully, and communicate clearly with other members of the team.

Portfolio Requirements

Applicants must include samples of their previous design work when applying for the position.

The portfolio should contain at least one relevant example such as a dashboard design, admin panel, SaaS or product interface, mobile application screen, or chart, report, and data visualization design.

Applications submitted without relevant design samples will not be prioritised.

The initial stage of the selection process will involve reviewing the applicant’s design style. Strong candidates may receive feedback and continue to the next stage.

Payment

The position offers compensation of ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 per month equivalent, depending on project scope and approved deliverables.

Payment is project-based. Once an agreed design task has been completed, reviewed, and approved, payment will be made for that completed part of the project.
