The role provides an opportunity to develop practical skills in social media management, digital storytelling, video creation, graphic design, and content writing.

Interns will also have the opportunity to build a strong professional portfolio by working on real content projects for NeoMinds.

Successful participants will receive a certificate of completion after successfully completing the internship.

High-performing interns may also be considered for a full-time job offer or early promotion opportunities, depending on company needs and performance.

Outstanding interns may also become eligible for a performance-based stipend, although this is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of the company.

Responsibilities

The Content Creator Intern will create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

The intern will develop short-form videos, graphics, written posts, captions, and other digital content that communicate the company’s brand and educational mission.

The role will also involve assisting with the planning and execution of content calendars to ensure that content is published consistently.

Interns will research social media trends and generate creative ideas that can help improve audience engagement and strengthen the company’s online presence.

The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing and design teams while ensuring that all published content remains consistent with the NeoMinds brand.

The intern will also monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and other available performance data.

Requirements

Applicants should have a strong interest in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.

Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or content writing are required for this role.

Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage.

Candidates should be creative, willing to think outside the box, and capable of developing fresh ideas for digital audiences.

Good communication skills, consistency, responsibility, and a strong willingness to learn are also important for the position.

Interns are expected to remain active and engaged with their teams, take assigned responsibilities seriously, and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
