DLE Enterprise is hiring an Online English Teacher to provide engaging one-on-one English lessons to children from non-English-speaking countries. The role requires a confident and patient teacher who can create a supportive online learning environment and help students improve their English skills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably teaching children.
• Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure.
• Clear and standard English pronunciation with either a British or American accent.
• Confident, patient, friendly, and engaging communication style.
• Ability to effectively teach children in a one-on-one online setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for online classes.
• A teaching qualification, degree in English or Education, or TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Chinese/Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging one-on-one English lessons for children from non-English-speaking countries.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, speaking, and conversational English.
• Adapt lessons to each student’s age, English level, and individual learning needs.
• Correct students’ pronunciation and grammar while encouraging them to speak confidently.
• Prepare adequately for lessons and make effective use of provided teaching materials.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent class attendance.
• Create a friendly, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
